John E. Hinkel Jr.
John E. Hinkel, Jr. is a Member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights, Collections, Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolutions Groups. He is a trained mediator and is on the Roster of Court-Approved Mediators of the Kentucky Administrative Office of Courts.
Mr. Hinkel focuses on finding practical solutions for challenging financial matters and has handled complex matters in creditor-debtor law, bankruptcy and effective debt collection. Mr. Hinkel regularly counsels national financial institutions and other businesses in connection with credit issues, landlord-tenant collections, and related litigation.
